I drive out of my way to this car wash because I liked it. Last wash, paying 15$, there were bugs still stuck all over the front of my car. They refused to let me go back through for a rewash. I talked with the owner and he said they are not responsible and they have free rags for you to do your own.

Best car wash and vacuums I've been to in Etown. Price is a little more but the equipment and supplies are better. They will wash your floor liners at extra cost. I'll be returning to this place.

On 21 December, I got the diamond package wash not only did the wash miss a bunch of spots, it ripped my driverside windshield wiper Arm into the up position and completely broke the arm off. Let me reexplain, the wash sucked my 2025 toyota sienna windshield wiper into the up position. Up position as if you were to lift your wiper up to clear snow. Then the roller broke off the wiper arm. I spoke to the owner and he told me they are not responsible for damage, signs are posted and that my brand new vechile's spring must have been weak. Cool bro, I got you. I will pay to fix it, but let this message serve as a reminder of what you get at this establishment- a half ass wash and a not our problem when something goes wrong. When I explained that I understand it is at your own risk but that I was explaining to prevent others from experiencing the same i.e. the roller or diamond wash package is off. He didnt care, it was my vechile' weak spring. Hmmm, I don't think so. So know when their machines break your stuff it is sorry pal. Best not to get the diamond wash as that one as I understand it has the greatest risk for damage to your vehicle due to the roller used at the end besides that

I have frequented this car wash on numerous occasions, and their quality of service is superb. There is always dry towel in the bin, and the window wash bottles are full. Needless to say, the customer interaction with the staff has demonstrated they appreciate my business and care about providing total customer satisfaction. Their optimum services help me keep my Black Beauty shining. Thank you and continue success.
